We also provide top-quality, robust reclining chairs that offer the same level of comfort, perfect for drifting off into relaxation. Your ticket includes seating, but availability for your preferred chair is limited, so grab yours early!

Smoking is not allowed within the seating area or inside your cars. This includes e-cigs and vapes. Some venues will have a designated smoking area away from the audience. Please be considerate of others and abide by this rule.
Tickets purchased at Vision Cinema are non-refundable. Bookings made via our website can be fully exchanged up until 7 days before your scheduled performance. Please note that after this period, you will be unable to reschedule your booking or make any amendments.
If you need to reschedule your film or showing time, you can send us an email to support@visioncinema.co.uk with your booking reference number, full name, email address, contact number, and the details of the amendment you wish to make. You can choose to change the film choice, change the date or time of the screening, or add additional person(s) to your booking.
