Frequently Asked Questions

Can I bring my own food and drink?

The vast majority of our venues are happy for you to bring your own food and drink however some venues do have their own policies regarding alcohol and soft drinks. Glass is not permitted and please remember to take your litter! Each event will have a licensed bar and chef, with all your classic movie snacks, hot food and freshly made cocktails!

How many people are allowed per car?

There is no limit per car we just require that each person within the vehicle has a seat belt. Larger vehicles may be asked to park near the rear or sides of the venue as to not block the view of those behind them. Large vans, trucks, buses, lorries and any other large vehicle will unfortunately not be permitted.

Do I need a paper ticket?

All of our ticketing is done electronically so you will not be sent a physical ticket. You may print your e-ticket if you like but we advise saving the paper and instead displaying the ticket on your mobile device to be scanned by staff at the entrance.

Can I purchase tickets on the door?

Tickets are purchasable on the door using a contactless card reader.

What happens if it rains?

All of our events are outdoor and will go ahead in the event of rain (We advise purchasing a car ticket if it is likely to rain). Please check the weather forecast of the day and come dressed accordingly! In the unlikely event of severe weather conditions the event will be cancelled and tickets refunded.

What time should I arrive and when does the show start?

We open our doors 30 – 50 minutes before the movie begins depending on the event. Please aim to arrive at least 15 minutes before the advertised start time and make sure to have your barcode ready to be scanned on your mobile device to speed things up! All showings start at the advertised time.

Admission cannot be guaranteed after the film has started for drive-in ticket holders and unfortunately we cannot provide refunds for latecomers.

How much are tickets?

Drive-in tickets are £25.90 per car. There is no limit on passengers per car we just ask that each person within the vehicle has a seat. Larger vehicles may be asked to park near the rear or sides of the venue as to not block the view of those behind them. Absolutely. People of all ages can attend we just ask that juniors meet the film’s age certification. The only exception are babies under 12 months who are allowed to all shows regardless of age rating. Children under 4 years old come for free.

Can I bring a dog with me?

No problem! You can bring along your furry friend as long as you are coming by car. We ask that you do not take your dog out of the car for walks or for toilet trips. Please do not bring dogs with a tendency to bark out of respect for the other guests. Unfortunately we cannot allow dogs if booking a walk-in ticket except for guide dogs.

What happens once I get there?

Once you have been parked by one of our staff members (smaller cars at the front and larger vehicles at the back), you will be assigned a bay number with instructions on how to order food & drink. You will then be asked to switch off your engine (In compliance with London’s low emission regulations) and headlights off to not dazzle your fellow audience members. Lastly you’ll tune in to the radio frequency we provide, sit back and enjoy the film!

For those who have booked a walk-in ticket, you will enter the venue via an entrance seperate from the cars and given headphones and a seat upon arrival.

Is seating provided?

For those who have booked a walk-in ticket, a seat and a pair of headphones will be provided at no additional costs. We advise all to bring a blanket to tackle UK’s not-so-warm weather, we also have fresh warm blankets for purchase.

Can I smoke?

Smoking is not allowed within the seating area or inside your cars. This includes e-cigs and vapes. Some venues will have a designated smoking area away from the audience. Please be considerate of others and abide by this rule.

Will there be toilets?

Yes, all of our events have toilet facilities which are regularly cleaned. Please wear a face mask when moving around the premesis unless you are exempt.
